A Delicious Cause: Chef Oleksandr Zubko and Lis Restaurant

Ribas Hotels has partnered with talented chef and MasterChef Season 16 winner Oleksandr Zubko. Together, we created an exclusive charity menu for the panoramic Lis restaurant at Ribas Karpaty hotel in Bukovel.

The core purpose of this collaboration is genuine support. 100% of all proceeds from every dish ordered from this special menu will be donated directly to the Tykhoy Charitable Foundation.

Four Signature Dishes by the Chef

Oleksandr Zubko thoughtfully combined authentic Ukrainian culinary heritage with refined modern touches. The special menu features:

• cherry dumplings (varenyky) served with delicate cottage cheese cream;
• the conceptual Fern Flower (Kvitka Paporoti) signature dessert;
• artisanal mousse ice cream infused with condensed milk;
• elegant and classic vitello tonnato.
