Booking Process
- Reservations can be made online through our portal, by phone, or via email.
- After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation to the provided email address.
- A booking is considered valid only after confirmation is received.

Booking Guarantee
- To guarantee your reservation, a prepayment equal to one night’s stay must be made within 24 hours via the LiqPay payment system.
- You can find the payment link in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Your comfort is important to us, so we would like to share our booking cancellation policy:
- If the cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival, we refund 100% of the prepayment;
- 7 days prior — 50% of the amount will be refunded;
- Less than 7 days prior — no refund is provide

Booking Modifications
You can make changes to your booking (dates, number of guests, room category) depending on availability and the conditions of your selected rate. Please contact the reservations department or the hotel reception for assistance.

Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: until 12:00
*Check-in time may be changed during the high season.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior arrangement, subject to room availability, and are charged at 50% of the room rate.

Additional Services
All additional services can be requested at the time of booking or directly on-site. Availability of specific services depends on the selected hotel.
