A third-generation restaurateur from Bologna, his journey in gastronomy began in childhood. Roberto’s mother owned a restaurant, making the kitchen an integral part of his life from an early age. It was there that his core philosophy was shaped — to cook with flavor, soul, and a sense of family.
The chef gained his professional experience in restaurants across Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Paraguay. The establishments under his leadership have been awarded Michelin stars, reflecting his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to every detail.
