Lutsk Castle, also known as Lubart Castle, is the main object of the historical and cultural reserve "Old Lutsk" and the oldest building in the city. It is an architectural and historical landmark of national importance. The construction of the fortress was started by the great Lithuanian prince Lubart in 1340 and completed only in 1430-1452 during the reign of Prince Svydrygail. The walls and towers of the building often become the venue for various events, such as knightly tournaments and romantic "Nights in the Castle".
This attraction is another highlight of the historical and cultural reserve "Old Lutsk". Founded by the Lithuanian Grand Duke Vladyslav Jagail at the beginning of the 15th century, the Dominican monastery was one of the wealthiest in the country, had a rich library and its own printing house. Originally, the building had a Gothic style, but the original temple was destroyed and only a fragment of the wall remained. Later, in the style of classicism, a second complex was built, the remains of which can still be seen today.
The museum space "Environmental Castle" was created on the basis of restored architectural monuments of national importance: the Tower of Princes Czartoryski with a part of the defensive wall and the Jesuit Monastery with dungeons. The surrounding castle had four wooden and four brick towers, but only one of them has survived to our days - the Czartoryisky Tower, built in the 15th century. The tower is famous for its dungeons, which today have been transformed into a creative museum space, where visitors can see the Gallery of Chivalry, as well as use a multimedia system with an interactive smart scoreboard, virtual reality helmets, a ghost hologram and a silicone figure of a Jesuit monk.
Renaissance temple of the XVII century. with elements of classicism and baroque is a project of the talented Italian architect Giacomo Briano. The facade of the church is rich in decorative elements, among which the central place is occupied by the sculpture of the Mother of God standing on a globe and fighting a snake. On the lower level, near the entrance, there are statues of the apostles Peter and Paul. The interior of the three-nave, cross-domed basilica also impresses with its beauty and majesty. A huge organ, numerous sculptures, ancient icons and columns add a unique charm to the atmosphere of the church. One of the main features of the temple is its dungeon. Here you can see a chapel with ancient paintings, tombs with real human bones, as well as a mysterious well where tourists traditionally throw coins for luck.
The building is a landmark of Gothic architecture, built at the expense of German colonists. Its foundation was laid on June 24, 1906, on the site of the former Carmelite monastery of the 18th century. In 1927-1928, the administration of the parish, the pastor's apartment and a school for 250 students were built near the church. After the eviction of the German colonists during the Second World War, the Soviet authorities used the church as an archive. After the restoration in the 1990s, the kirkh is used by Baptist Christians, holding services in the restored church.
This 17th-century Renaissance masterpiece, located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, has long served as a religious, educational, and community center for Lutsk Jews, as well as a defensive function. During the Second World War, the monument was partially destroyed, but in the 1970s it was restored and since 2021 it once again belongs to the Jewish religious community.

The old house on Drahomanova Street, located on the site of the former defensive moat of the Okolny Castle, has existed for over 200 years. In 1890-1891, the district peace mediator Petro Kosach, Lesya Ukrainka's father, worked here. On the second floor of the building was the service apartment of the Kosachiv family, where Lesya lived with her parents until January 1891. It is in this Kosachiv service apartment that the museum of L. Ukrainka - Lesya's living room is located.
The museum of bells, which is part of the historical and cultural reserve "Old Lutsk", is unique in its kind. This is the only museum in the world devoted exclusively to bells. His collection contains more than 90 exhibits made in the 17th and early 20th centuries. The oldest of them is over 360 years old. Many of these bells were preserved thanks to the museum during the Soviet struggle against religion and temples.
The museum's collection includes more than 600 icons of the 17th-19th centuries, as well as crosses, church sculptures and objects with decorative carvings. A special place in the museum exposition is occupied by a separate hall-chapel, where the Kholm icon of the Mother of God, dating back to the XI-XII centuries, is kept. This icon was brought to Kholm by Prince Danylo Halytskyi. It was noticed that prayers in front of this icon bring many miracles to believers. So the museum became not only a repository of national spiritual heritage, but also a place of pilgrimage for many believers.
The pharmacy-museum (Zlotsky pharmacy) was founded in 1845, but it still works today, combining the functions of a pharmacy and a museum.
