This privacy policy of Ribas Hotels Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to LLC "Ribas Hotels Group" and to all entities united under the "Ribas" brand.

Terms and Definitions 

Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") - an informational resource on the Internet, located at, containing textual, graphical, and other information that is perceived as a whole and is supported by a complex of systemic software tools. 

User - any natural person who has ever accessed the Site and has reached the age permissible for acceptance. 

Third Party - any person, other than the subject of personal data, the owner or manager of the personal data database, and the authorized state body for the protection of personal data, to whom the owner or manager of the personal data database transmits personal data.

All data is necessary for the formation and registration of room bookings and additional services of the chosen accommodation facility, as well as for making advance payments or full payments for the booked rooms and additional services.

The mentioned personal data is used by Ribas Hotels Group exclusively for the purpose of providing an efficient, comfortable, and convenient service for online booking of rooms (services) at the selected accommodation facility.


Ribas Hotels Group guarantees the confidentiality of all information provided by the User during the booking of rooms (services).

Ribas Hotels Group does not disclose or transfer personal data to third parties.

Ribas Hotels Group has the right to transfer personal data of the user only for the purposes of ensuring the booking process and subsequent processing of the reservation, including for accounting and reporting documentation in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine, and the Law of Ukraine "On Tax Accounting and Financial Reporting in Ukraine".

It is not considered a violation for Ribas Hotels Group to provide personal data to accommodation facilities and third parties acting under contract with Ribas Hotels Group, to fulfill obligations to the User.

Use, Storage, Processing, and Disclosure of Personal Data 

Ribas Hotels Group is obligated to collect certain data, including name/surname, address, and payment information for processing bookings. In cases of refusal to provide the necessary information, Ribas Hotels Group cannot process the booking.

The storage of booking information is carried out on a protected server of Ribas Hotels Group, which prevents loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, forgery, and copying of information.

Such storage of personal data complies with international and national standards.

Personal data is not stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored.

Ribas Hotels Group applies the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data," as well as the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 "On the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of Such Data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)" to the extent required of Ukrainian business entities for processing the personal data of citizens of the European Union when providing services by Ribas Hotels Group.

This information is not used to identify the client's identity.

Ability to Edit and Delete Personal Data 

Please carefully check the accuracy of the information entered. If the personal details entered by the User are incorrect, Ribas Hotels Group will make changes upon request. Please note that in the event of a booking cancellation through the system, the User's personal information is stored in the database. The User may at any time contact Ribas Hotels Group with a request to delete personal data from the database.

 Ribas Hotels Group reserves the right to review the Privacy Policy at any time. The previous terms and conditions will be automatically replaced with the new version, which will immediately apply to Users.
