The managing company of hotel and restaurant complexes Ribas Hotels Group is looking for a Development Manager for the office located in Odesa!

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience;
  • Experience in finding leads and forming a client base;
  • Ability to build relationships with potential clients and negotiation skills;
  • Technological experience (experience with CRM and office programs);
  • Independence in work, proactivity, organization;
  • Readiness for business trips 20% of working time;
  • Competent oral and written language, business correspondence skills.

Duties

  • Formation of the database of potential partners;
  • Carrying out market analysis;
  • Involvement of new projects and existing hotels in the network;
  • Conducting cold calls according to the agreed plan;
  • Conducting meetings, presenting the company and services to potential partners;
  • Formation of commercial proposals, invoices and contracts;
  • Maintenance of SRM;
  • Participation in forums, exhibitions and other events on behalf of the company;
  • Participation in product development by referral;
  • Maintenance of the existing client base.

  • Working schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00.
  • Salary payment is stable 2 times a month.
