The managing company of hotel and restaurant complexes Ribas Hotels Group is looking for a Development Manager for the office located in Odesa!
Requirements
- B2B sales experience;
- Experience in finding leads and forming a client base;
- Ability to build relationships with potential clients and negotiation skills;
- Technological experience (experience with CRM and office programs);
- Independence in work, proactivity, organization;
- Readiness for business trips 20% of working time;
- Competent oral and written language, business correspondence skills.
Duties
- Formation of the database of potential partners;
- Carrying out market analysis;
- Involvement of new projects and existing hotels in the network;
- Conducting cold calls according to the agreed plan;
- Conducting meetings, presenting the company and services to potential partners;
- Formation of commercial proposals, invoices and contracts;
- Maintenance of SRM;
- Participation in forums, exhibitions and other events on behalf of the company;
- Participation in product development by referral;
- Maintenance of the existing client base.
What do we offer?
- Working schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 or 10:00 to 19:00.
- Salary payment is stable 2 times a month.
